The XSight ONE M1 is a compact, high-speed video extensometer engineered for precise strain measurement in small or stiff materials such as metals, ceramics, or rigid plastics. With a measuring length up to 160 mm and compliance with ISO 9513 Class 0.5 and Class 1 accuracy, the M1 excels in applications where resolution and sampling rate are critical. Its 170 Hz full-view rate supports real-time feedback even on fast or brittle samples.

The system’s integrated camera, optics, LED light, and USB relay are housed in a rugged unit that mounts easily to any UTM via standard M6 screws or a 3/8" tripod mount. Designed for simplicity and reliability, the M1 eliminates physical contact with the specimen, improving repeatability while protecting delicate or high-value test samples.
Fully compatible with any universal testing machine, the M1 outputs strain and displacement data via analog, RS-232, MODBUS, DOLI Binary, TCP/IP, or API integration, making it a drop-in solution for automated testing workflows across academic and industrial labs.
