The XSight ONE M16 is the highest-range model in the XSight family, designed for large-scale structural materials and long-gauge testing. With a maximum measuring length of 660 mm and a wide 660 × 376 mm field of view, the M16 enables accurate, real-time strain tracking on large, flexible, or complex test samples including reinforced polymers, textiles, and aerospace composites.

The M16 supports ISO 9513 Class 0.5 and Class 1 accuracy and features a robust optical assembly with high-intensity LED lighting for consistent image capture over broad working distances. It mounts easily to any universal testing frame using a 3/8" UNC thread or M6 bolt pattern, and requires no specimen contact during operation—reducing setup time and eliminating data contamination from grip movement.

Output protocols include MODBUS, analog, RS-232, TCP/IP, and JSON/API, enabling integration with virtually any UTM or digital control system. With XSight Alpha software and real-time data streaming, the M16 offers a non-contact, precision extensometry solution for the most demanding applications.
