Located in Salem, MA - Universal Grip carries an extensive line of the most popular styles of tensile, compression, and ASTM specific grips. Along with grips, we also sell and support a full line of Universal Testing Machines and Video Extensometers.

• All of our tensile grips, compression fixtures, machines, and accessories are sourced from long-standing suppliers in the US and Europe with at least 30 years history. Our universal testing machines are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 certified factory.

 

Materials Testing Systems:

• The Universal Grip Company is an authorized distributor of Galdabini's Qausar universal testing machine, est. 1890. UGC is proud to represent the history of Galdabini and their full line of electro-mechanical testing machines from 0 - 2,000 kN.

• Along with UTM's, Universal Grip also offers manual testing stands and motorized force testers for budget friendly testing. 

 

Adapters:

• With simple adapters and couplings, our fixtures can perform tensile, compression, peel, shear, and other popular ASTM tests. These grips are compatible with any universal testing machine by use of the industry standard clevis pin style adapter.
